Original Medicare (Parts A and B) generally does not cover routine dental, vision, or hearing care. This is one of the most common reasons people look at Medicare Advantage plans, since many of them bundle these benefits in, along with an annual cap on what you pay out of pocket.
Coverage varies a lot by plan and by county, though, so what's actually included, like cleanings only versus dentures and implants, can be very different from one plan to the next even in the same city.
